Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a Finance internship across its DACH sites (Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, Spittal a.d. Drau).

You will join multifunctional teams and work on independent projects from day one, with exposure to cost competitiveness, new product launches, and channel dynamics. Master’s students with strong academic records who are fluent in German and English are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree with strong academic results.
• Available for a duration of 3–6 months.
• Fluent in German and English (C1), able to speak and write proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Join one of the Finance multifunctional teams and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product Supply and IT.
• Lead an independent project from day one and ensure its success.
• Contribute to analysis of competitors, cost competitiveness, and new product launches as part of your internship.

YOUR ROLE

Are you interested in experiencing the Finance function from a different perspective? Then you've come to the right place. This is your chance to gain insight into a consumer goods company!

In your Finance internship, you will join one of our multifunctional teams and work with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product Supply and IT. You will be part of our business development and decision-making process and will be exposed to current issues such as fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce), competition and customer reality.

From Day 1, you will be given an independent project for which you will be responsible for its success. The areas you might work on are diverse: For example: analyzing key competitors, working on new product launches, improving cost competitiveness for our manufacturing activities etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a master student with strong academic results
• You are available for a duration of 3-6 months
• You are flexible with your location and willing to work at any of our DACH sites (i.e., Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, Spittal a.d. Drau. Full location flexibility in DACH is required when applying for this role.)
• You demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Finance
• You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
• You can speak and write proficiently (min. C1) in German and English.
• Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
