Procter & Gamble invites motivated IT-oriented students to join an internship program near Frankfurt am Main or at industrial sites across Germany. You will work on high-autonomy projects across End to End Supply Chain, Industry 4.0, Commercial Domains and Data & Analytics with multi-functional teams.

You will interact with leaders, gain hands-on experience, and have a clear personal development plan including coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training.

Qualifikationen

• Student with strong academic results from any subject area, but with affinity for technology or IT.
• Preferred degrees: Computer Science, Informatics, Management/Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or similar.
• Demonstrate strong curiosity about both business and technology.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding analytical skills.
• Strong English language skills (German is considered an asset).

As an IT professional at P&G you will be leading impactful work in either of the following areas that enables you to further expand your knowledge and to build on your skills.

• End to End Supply Chain - from planning and manufacturing to storage and distribution of our products, you can work on projects that enable the digital transformation of our supply chain processes
• Industry 4.0 - step into the space of Machine Learning and AI algorithms leveraging OT data from our industrial sites to drive cost reductions, quality improvements and environmental sustainability goals
• Commercial Domains - deep dive into a brand category and enable its further growth in the digital market space
• Data & Analytics - data is the new gold and, in the D&A space you work across business domains from technical to commercial focus areas and make the best use of the data to drive insights and better decision making

Your Profile
