Zusammenfassung

FTT GmbH is hiring several offshore storekeepers (m/f/d) to start immediately. Responsibilities include storing materials, issuing tools, maintaining ERP records, and supporting logistics with on-site handling.

Ideal candidates communicate in German and English, are well-organized, and can work independently with a strong customer-service mindset. Offshore experience and GWO certification are preferred; Class B license required, forklift license a plus.

• Assist with internal and external shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Operate industrial trucks to support daily logistics.

We are looking for several offshore storekeepers (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• You’ll ensure that materials and tools are stored properly and recorded accurately in the ERP system.
• You’ll make sure that all necessary materials and resources are available and provided on time—including the appropriate delivery slips.
• You’ll issue tools to our service technicians while keeping track of inventory.
• You monitor inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and handle restocking as needed.
• You adhere to applicable safety and organizational regulations and ensure a safe workplace.
• You assist with internal and external shipments and ensure that everything arrives at its destination reliably.
• You operate industrial trucks, thereby supporting our logistics operations on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• You can communicate effectively in German and English—both in writing and verbally.
• You are well-organized, work meticulously, and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks.
• You enjoy working independently, can set priorities, and have a strong sense of customer service and teamwork.
• Ideally, you already have experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
• You already have some offshore experience and have completed the required training and obtained the necessary certifications (GWO).
• A Class B driver’s license is required. Ideally, you already have a forklift operator’s license—but if not, that’s not a problem.
