Zusammenfassung

Soho House Berlin is seeking an enthusiastic storekeeper to manage the hotel’s inventory, including receiving, storing and distributing goods to departments. You will ensure deliveries meet quality standards and that records are accurate to support a seamless guest experience.

You'll work closely with teams across the hotel, restaurant and spa in a luxury, member-focused environment in central Berlin, with opportunities to learn, grow and contribute to fresh store processes every day.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in storekeeping within hospitality or hotel environment preferred.
• Attention to detail in recording deliveries and inventory.

Aufgaben

• Receiving and inspecting deliveries against PO details.
• Storing goods with proper labeling and organization.
• Issuing supplies to departments with accurate records.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ad-hoc support to team as needed.

The role…

We are looking for an enthusiastic storekeeper. The Storekeeperis responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel’s inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and supplies to various department. As part of our Soho House team, it’s your job to make sure our members have a great experience every time. We provide you with a platform to network, grow, have fun, and make a difference.

Main Tasks…

• Receiving and inspecting all deliveries, ensuring that they meet quality standards and match the details of the purchase order
• Storing all goods and supplies in the appropriate locations, ensuring that they are properlylabelledand organized
• Issuing supplies and goods to various departments as needed, ensuring that accuraterecords are maintained
• Conducting regular inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies as needed
• Supporting the team with any of their needs on an ad-hoc basis
