Soho House Berlin is seeking a Night Audit to perform end-of-day accounting, assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and support overall hotel operations.

You will audit, reconcile, balance daily financial activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks

• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

• Help prepare for forecasts and audits
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area

The role...

At Soho House the Night Audit performs end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. He assists late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. He also audits, reconciles, and balances daily financial activities.
