Soho House Berlin is seeking an enthusiastic storekeeper to manage inventory for our private members' club and hotel in central Berlin. You will receive, store and distribute goods, ensuring accurate records and timely supplies to every department.

The role...

We are looking for an enthusiastic storekeeper. The Storekeeper is responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and supplies to various department. As part of our Soho House team, it's your job to make sure our members have a great experience every time. We provide you with a platform to network, grow, have fun, and make a difference.

Main Tasks…

• Receiving and inspecting all deliveries, ensuring that they meet quality standards and match the details of the purchase order
• Storing all goods and supplies in the appropriate locations, ensuring that they are properly labelled and organized
• Issuing supplies and goods to various departments as needed, ensuring that accurate records are maintained
• Conducting regular inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies as needed
• Supporting the team with any of their needs on an ad-hoc basis
