Job summary

Sephora in Stuttgart is seeking a logistics/stockroom professional to manage reception, storage, and the flow of goods between the warehouse and the sales floor. You will maintain stockroom organization, perform inventories, and partner with the store team on launches and campaigns.

The role requires hands-on execution, reliability, and strong teamwork. A 3-year logistics training or 3+ years in stockroom/operations is expected, with fluency in English or German.

Logistics

• Responsible for the receipt, organization, and proper storage of goods in the warehouse area
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and the sales floor
• Optimal warehouse management, including inventory monitoring and maintaining order and cleanliness
• Conducting regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability
• Coordinating timely reordering of goods in cooperation with the Supply Chain department and internal systems
• Ensuring compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines

Stockroom Skills

• Continuous development of personal expertise in warehouse organization and logistics processes
• Training team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control
• Developing efficient stockroom solutions to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborating closely with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness

Operations

• Supporting the stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor
• Preparing products for sale (e.g., labeling, unpacking, sorting)
• Working in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in both the stockroom and on the sales floor
• Assisting with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions
• Manage shrinkage through proper storage
• Responsibility to run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures
• Support and execute regular inventory counts
