Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced scientists and engineers fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on professional tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real stem work conducted in Germany, with a remote, part-time schedule.

The role covers about 21 hours per week, with a pilot window running Oct 23 to Nov 19. A master’s or PhD is a plus, and a German Bachelor’s degree is expected for candidates.
