• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software development in a growth‑focused role.
• Experience operating at a Staff level within a product‑focused engineering organization.
• Strong backend or full‑stack technical depth with a track record delivering customer‑facing systems at scale.
• Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic technical leadership.
• Experience driving cross‑functional alignment across engineering, product, and design.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially in ambiguous or high‑stakes situations.
• Bias toward ownership, outcomes, and long‑term impact.
