Zusammenfassung

Devanthro is building physical AI for home care robotics, seeking an experienced robotics engineer to architect the on-robot software platform and lead end-to-end integration. You will drive whole-body motion, indoor mobility and functional-safety across a growing fleet, with OTA, observability, and deep hardware/software integration responsibilities.

You bring 5+ years of robotics hardware experience, strong ROS2/Linux/Jetson skills, and ownership mindset to work closely with the CTO and

Qualifikationen

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with robotic hardware.
  • Strong background in ROS2, Linux, and Jetson platforms.
  • Experience with robot kinematics, dynamics, and navigation.
  • Experience with container-based deployment on arm64.
  • Proficient in git and CI workflows for robotics/embedded.
  • Ability to own work across abstraction levels and communicate across teams.
  • Authorized to work in Germany.

  • OTA & fleet operations: The OTA and fleet-management backbone - staged rollouts, rollback, remote provisioning, health monitoring across a growing fleet.
  • Observability: Instrument the stack (logging, metrics, tracing, black-box recording) across the full fleet.
  • Hardware-software integration: Bring-up, calibration and integration of new sensors, actuators and components.

What You Will Bring
  • Passion to build and deploy capable and reliable humanoid robots.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with robotic hardware
  • Solid understanding andextensive hands-on experience with:
    • ROS2
    • Container-based deployment on arm64
    • Linux
    • Jetson platforms

    • control & actuation
    • navigation & mobility
  • High level of ownership, ability to work at varying abstraction levels, strong interdisciplinary communication, pragmatic problem solving
  • Existing authorization to work in Germany
  • You are no a**hole
Nice-to-have
  • Hands-on experience with bi-manual mobile-manipulator platforms.
  • Teleoperation systems - WebRTC, Unity, real-time robot control links.
  • Fleet / device management and OTA at scale, deploying robots in the field
  • Firmware and low-level drivers; end-effector / gripper integration.
  • Awarenessofrobot safety standards.
