Redcare Pharmacy seeks a Staff Data Analyst to lead analytics end-to-end, from business challenges to scalable data solutions. You will mentor colleagues and contribute to our cloud analytics platform while delivering high-quality, trusted insights.

You will design analytics using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, build Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of experience in data roles within modern enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.

As a Staff Data Analyst, you'll work end‑to‑end—from understanding business challenges to designing scalable analytics solutions that enable better decision‑making across Redcare Pharmacy.

You'll combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration, helping shape our modern analytics platform while mentoring colleagues, promoting best practices, and contributing to the evolution of our cloud‑based data landscape.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Lead the design and development of scalable data models using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, delivering trusted, high‑quality analytics across your product domain.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, influence backlog prioritisation, and deliver measurable business value.
• Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models, enabling intuitive self‑service reporting and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.
• Contribute to the evolution of our cloud analytics platform, helping modernise existing data products, improve scalability and performance, and support Redcare's ongoing Microsoft Fabric journey.
• Champion analytics best practices, mentor fellow analysts, share technical knowledge, and contribute to innovative initiatives including AI‑assisted analytics and self‑service capabilities.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring 8–10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role within modern enterprise data environments.
• You have strong hands‑on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, with experience building scalable analytical solutions and semantic models.
• You confidently engage with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into scalable data solutions and communicating technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
• You enjoy mentoring colleagues, driving technical excellence within your team, and continuously improving analytics practices. Experience with Azure, Unity Catalog, Python, AI‑assisted development, or cloud migration projects is considered a strong advantage.
