Zscaler is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for its Zero Trust Exchange team. Based in Germany, you’ll contribute to building integrations, participate across SDLC stages, and bring critical thinking and accountability to the team.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with security experts, cloud engineers, and product teams to enhance the world’s leading cloud security platform.

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to our Zero Trust Exchange team. Reporting to the Manager of Software Engineering, you’ll be responsible for: Contributing to creating and maintaining integrations of CBI with internal or external products and service to enhance Zscaler offering beyond what a single solution can provide Learning and contribute to advancing all phases of SDLC : development/testing/deployment/operations Asking critical questions about presented ideas, and also willing to bring their own, by being open to constructive criticism to the said ideas Taking accountability and responsibility for what you create as part of the team

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• 2+ years of professional experience in developing web applications and NodeJs
• Solid understanding of HTTP and GRPC based protocols
• Ability to independently create and understand industry standard system design documents
• Independent and flexible enough to learn and use the right tool for the right task
• Testing oriented. Be able to develop a feature with his own automated test

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge in vue and playwright
• Independent to setup/create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Kubernetes and docker #LI-HYBRID #LI-GL2At
