This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Field Service based in United States .

As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Field Service, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions that help organizations optimize their customer and field service operations. You will collaborate directly with clients to understand their business challenges, define requirements, and implement scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of CRM, automation, AI, and enterprise technology transformation. You will partner with talented technical teams to deliver impactful solutions while continuously expanding your expertise in the latest Salesforce capabilities. The position is ideal for a consultant who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with clients, and driving digital innovation.

Accountabilities:

• Partner with customers to understand business needs, gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver successful Salesforce implementations.
• Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service platforms.
• Build and customize Salesforce applications using platform tools such as Visual Flows, Process Builder, Lightning Experience, and other declarative capabilities.
• Develop solutions that optimize customer service operations, field service workflows, and business processes.
• Collaborate with AI and technical teams to create innovative Salesforce solutions that leverage emerging technologies.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and post-launch improvements.
• Apply best practices related to release management, application lifecycle management, governance, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Participate in customer-facing activities, including discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, architecture discussions, and delivery planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience working on technology implementation projects in a hands‑on consulting or delivery role.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a development, configuration, or consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of customer service and field service business processes, with experience solving complex use cases using Salesforce solutions.
• Hands‑on experience building Salesforce applications, Lightning solutions, Field Service Mobile extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, SLAs, and Entitlement Processes.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, development lifecycle practices, deployment processes, and governance standards.
• Experience working directly with clients through activities such as discovery, pre-sales support, solution design, and project ownership.
• Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant certifications are considered an asset.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to stay current with Salesforce innovations and quickly learn new platform capabilities.
