Check is the inventor of embedded payroll, redefining how people get paid by simplifying payroll for thousands of employers. The People Team is scaling talent acquisition to build high-impact teams across the organization.

We are seeking a recruiter with in-house experience and AI fluency to drive end-to-end searches, partner with hiring managers, and maintain data hygiene in Ashby while leveraging AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to leverage AI for sourcing and screening.
• Strong sourcing capability for hard-to-fill roles.
