At Palo Alto Networks® everything starts and ends with our mission:
Being the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life. Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. We are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done, and we’re looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.
We believe collaboration thrives in person. That’s why most of our teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when it’s needed. This model supports real‑time problem‑solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.
As the Senior Regional People Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the EMEA people team providing expertise in people and organizations to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions and lead programs that have a direct impact on the success of the organization. You are an innovative HR professional who is energized by coaching employees and leaders and creating teams that work together and win together. You are comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, have a knack at reading a situation, navigating sensitivities and finding creative solutions to people’s issues. This is a dynamic role with responsibility for deploying global people strategies and policies aligned to the local market conditions in Germany and within a works council regulated environment. This role serves as the company’s lead for navigating Germany’s distinct labor relations landscape, fostering a resilient and collaborative workplace built on the principles of Social Partnership.
This is a senior role for which we are looking to hire a strategic HRBP who will be looking to continue their journey in a cutting edge global tech company going through ongoing growth.
In the last 2 years, our People organization has seen an evolution of strategic direction. As a Senior People Business Partner, your contributions are crucial to our success in achieving these goals, creating change within a transformative organization, and an environment that constantly elevates performance.
As a business, we are moving towards platformisation. To do this, we need an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner who doesn’t shy away from risk, change, and growth. You’re excited by the prospect of transformation, and have a desire to create something that is meaningful as we shape the future of cybersecurity, together.
