Nexperia in Hamburg is seeking a (Sr.) Manager – Procurement Digitalization to lead global digital procurement initiatives. You will standardize processes, translate requirements into system designs, and drive AI-enabled sourcing automation across multiple categories.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in procurement digitalization and standardization.

• Willingness to travel (~5-10%).

What you will do

• Transfer procurement processes into digital solutions
• Define global standardized procurement processes and translate such into system requirements
• Realize procurement digitalization projects and initiatives by defining short-, mid- and long-term milestones and deliverables
• Define future-readyandintegratedprocesses,systemsand AI-driven automationacross different procurement categories
• Drive complex, cross-functional system initiatives and projects and ensure effective stakeholder communication
• Focus on value delivery, ensuringsystem and processtransformation initiatives drive measurable improvements
• Apply project management skills and change management according to various stakeholder needs (including senior management)
• Cooperate cross-functionallywith global IT and Sourcing teams and jointlyensuresystem enhancementprojects while balancing effort vs. benefit
• Collaborate with aglobal team of system & process enthusiasts and regularlyengagewith a global P2P manager network
• Prepare andlead global management steering meetingsfordecisionpropositions
• Make informed decisions in complex environments, balancing businessneedsand technical feasibility

What you will need

• University degree in IT, business administration, management, supply chain or related subject
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
• Proven track record in procurement digitalization and process standardization
• Strong understanding of system implementations and system architecture
• Experiencewithpiloting,implementingand scalingAI-driven use casesforsourcing automation
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and integrated system landscape
• Strong understanding of data structure, dataflowsanddata governance
• Ability to translateprocessesintoeffectivesystem requirements
• Experience in leadingglobal project teams
• Strong communicationand change management skills with various stakeholders incl. top management
• Ability to prioritize and workindependentlyon multiple activitiessimultaneously
