The Business Planning Analyst is responsible for aligning demand (Sales Plan) and supply (Operations Plan) across a 21-month planning horizon. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of business requirements to effectively represent the interests of the Business Group (BG). The Business Planning Analyst serves as the key interface and consultant between business stakeholders and planning system, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective planning system designs and implementations. Success in this position depends on a strong commitment to data quality, deep expertise in planning systems and capacity models, and a thorough understanding of products, customers, and end-to-end planning processes.
Hard Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint Experience working with SAP/BW, o9, or similar supply chain planning systems.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and manage highly complex business situations and apply sound business acumen to drive effective decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation and influencing abilities Strong relationship management, partnering, and consulting skills Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality and reliable outcomes.
