The Senior Lead Visual Designer on the Brand, Creative & Content Growth Creative team at Hinge Health will lead the visual strategy and design execution for our growth marketing efforts, driving member enrollment through high-impact, memorable brand experiences. You will lead design strategy & execution on how the Hinge Health brand shows up across the full member journey. You will shape visual systems and campaign concepts that translate complex clinical, behavioral, and product value propositions into clear, compelling experiences that build trust and motivate action. You will also play a central role in bringing new products, programs, and member experiences to market. From 0→1 launches to scaled rollouts, you will help define how new offerings are introduced across enrollment and engagement touchpoints.
