Job summary

Nexperia Germany GmbH in Hamburg is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of Silicon Carbide (SiC) products, ensuring the final product meets functionality and performance targets.

You will collaborate with simulations, layout and manufacturing teams, develop and implement new manufacturing technology concepts, and ensure process integration across the full production route while supporting technology characterization with test structures; occasional travel may be

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Microelectronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• PhD or Master ‘s Degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated working experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC in industrial environment, depending on educational credentials
• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
• Fluency in English, conversational German is desirable
• Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• Willingness to travel occasionally
