The Role

As a Senior Curriculum Developer, your primary mission will be to architect the truly personalized learning experience at the heart of our platform. You will be responsible for designing an adaptive curriculum that dynamically adjusts to each student's unique needs, pace, and goals. To achieve this at scale, you will design the system and framework that enables our AI to generate unique learning paths.

What you will do:

• Explore and iterate on creative approaches, adapting and pivoting based on learner data and feedback to find the most effective solutions.
• Design the personalized student journey, architecting a highly adaptive curriculum framework that tailors content and activities to each learner.
• Build the system for personalization by creating a structured, modular curriculum blueprint with clear reasoning and metadata for AI generation.
• Empower curation with AI tools by partnering with product and AI teams to co‑design internal tools that enable scalable library management.
• Measure learning impact through key metrics such as engagement and knowledge retention, establishing a continuous improvement loop.
• Collaborate across teams, ensuring seamless integration of pedagogical frameworks with technology.

Requirements

• Creative and resilient problem‑solver, willing to adapt or abandon ideas when evidence supports better approaches.
• Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design, with a portfolio of successful learning programs.
