About the Company
We are a high-volume, fast-moving screen printing and custom apparel manufacturing business specializing in rock band merchandise, collegiate apparel, and custom branded gear. Operating with 50+ employees and a global remote team, our production and sales volume are dense, dynamic, and multi-channeled.
Having used an outsourced accounting firm for the past two years, we are now transitioning our financial operations fully in-house. We are looking for an experienced, hands-onControllerwho can bring absolute order to our financials, untangle complex transaction flows, implement internal controls, and serve as our long-term financial anchor.
About the Role
This is a comprehensive, senior-level seat for a seasoned accounting professional—not a Senior Accountant looking to step up.You will take full ownership of our day-to-day accounting execution while building the financial architecture, controls, and reporting rigor of a true Controller.
Our business processes high-volume transactions across e-commerce, custom apparel software, merchant accounts, and bank feeds. We need a Controller with deep forensic execution skills who can clean up historical transaction coding, untangle multi-source cash feeds, institute bulletproof checks and balances, and produce clean monthly financial statements.
