smart Europe GmbH in Germany seeks a Warranty Analyst to shape and execute our EU warranty strategy, maintain regional policies for smart Europe entities and drive efficiency across processes. You will handle escalations, benchmark trends, and coordinate monthly EU reporting with stakeholders.

• 2+ years of operative experience in warranty workshop processes and related rules.
• Experience with financial processes related to warranty processing across EU countries.
• Experience implementing KPI's, controlling methods and onsite audits.
• Ideally, experience with an IT tool within the Aftersales environment.
• Automotive technical know-how, preferably with electric vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for market exchanges.

• Develop and maintain regional warranty policies for smart Europe entities and support warranty strategy in Europe.
• Monitor trends in warranty, identify issues, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Handle warranty escalations and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve system and process issues.
• Benchmark market and competitor data to inform warranty trends and improve internal systems (parts, pricing, audits, claims).
• Manage warranty projects and audits from kickoff through reporting (including IT tickets).
• Coordinate monthly EU reporting based on collected data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide internal documentation on warranty and goodwill topics for management.
• Serve as contact for warranty topics with European Legal Entities and engineering/quality teams.

Your responsibilities

• You support in the development of the warranty strategy for the European Sales Company smart Europe GmbH and create and maintain regional warranty policies for smart Europe Legal Entities
• You are staying on top of current trends in the field of warranty and use your knowledge to identify problems and forthcoming issues for constantly improving process efficiency
• You handle warranty escalations, resolving system and process issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• You implement benchmarking and analysis of market and competitor data to understand warranty trends in order to continuously improve our internal warranty system, covering parts, pricing, audits and claim quality
• You manage warranty projects and audits from kick-off through reporting, including related IT tickets
• You coordinate the monthly reporting for EU markets based on the data collected (summarize, review, control and report the data)
• You perform general business analysis on warranty and goodwill related topics and prepare internal documents as required by management
• You support of the European Legal Entities as contact person for warranty-related topics (claim processing and technical expertise)
• You have fun working with numbers and like to focus on every small detail to identify the root cause
• Interact with engineering and quality team (HQ) for quality issues

What you bring along

• You have a University degree in Engineering or Finance
• You have 2+ years of operative experience in the area of warranty workshop processes as well as respective rules and guidelines
• You are familiar with financial processes related to warranty processing and able to apply them across EU countries
• You are experienced with implementing KPI’s, controlling methods and onsite audits
• Ideally, you gained experience with implementation of an IT tool within the Aftersales environment
• You have automotive technical Know-How, preferably with electrical vehiclesYou understand what customer dedication means

• You love working in a complex, dynamic and international environment with an agile culture
• Your English is perfect (fluent in a non-German European language or Mandarin is a plus)
