Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Markets Operations Associate in Berlin, with hybrid work options across Europe. You’ll work directly with the Head of Markets and Asset Lifecycle teams to ensure smooth trading operations and scalable processes from day one.

You’ll gain exposure to front-to-back trading dynamics, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting while enhancing asset lifecycle workflows and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience close to trading or trading operations; early-career or internship experience counts.
• Interest in digital assets; prior experience is a bonus.
• Structured, detail-minded; able to analyse data and explain results clearly.
• Take ownership and drive problems through to solutions.

• Keep trading running: monitor daily processes and help resolve issues before they reach clients.
• Run the asset lifecycle: listing and delistings from request to go-live.
