Your mission

You will play a key role in overseeing and optimising brokerage operations within our Securities Platform. You’ll work at the intersection of finance and technology, ensuring seamless trade execution, order monitoring, and regulatory compliance while enhancing our processes for Stocks, ETFs and other financial instruments.

What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of building and improving the tools and dashboards that power Bitpanda’s investments and market operations. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth trade lifecycle across multiple venues (including handling exceptions like mistrades).
• Manage and coordinate routed orders of financial instruments, from one-off trades to recurring setups like savings plans, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
• Proactively monitor executed trades, spot anomalies, and drive quick, compliant resolutions. Keep Bitpanda’s operations reliable and ahead of industry standards.
• Be the go-to person for both internal teams and external partners when it comes to order management and monitoring.
• Play a central role in launching and maintaining new asset classes and financial instruments, enabling Bitpanda to expand and innovate faster.

Who you are

• You hold a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You bring 7+ years of experience in financial operations, trading support, or a related role; ideally in a MiFID/MiFIR-regulated environment.
• You have a deep understanding of order management, trade execution, and regulatory requirements.
• You’re comfortable working with trading and technology systems, capable of analyzing order flows, spotting issues, and designing solutions that scale.
• You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in high-responsibility environments where precision and speed make the difference.
