Job summary

Sika Schweiz AG (Group) is seeking a Specialist Supply Chain Network Optimization to support EMEA in designing and optimizing regional distribution networks for improved service and cost efficiency. The role focuses on network flow, footprint analysis, scenario evaluation, and resilience planning.

You will develop simulations, optimize replenishment and routing, and provide analytics tools to enable data‑driven decisions across multiple countries in the region.

Responsibilities

• Network Flow & Footprint Analysis: Analyze distribution networks and replenishment structures. Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Network Scenario Evaluation & Optimization: Develop simulations comparing cost and service alternatives. Support decision‑making with data‑based scenarios.
• Transportation Logic & Flow Optimization: Improve routing logic, modes, and frequencies. Identify cost and CO2 reduction opportunities.
• Replenishment Structure & Inventory Alignment: Optimize replenishment rules and allocation flows. Align planning and logistics requirements.
• Data & Analytics Excellence: Provide tools and templates for better decision‑making.
• Continuous Improvement: Standardize and improve structural flow processes.
