4flow AG is a leading logistics optimization firm seeking a Logistics Team Lead to guide on-site and remote specialists, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality transport processes for our customers. You will manage inbound and outbound road freight and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, communicate status to customers, and lead teams across locations in a dynamic, international environment.

What your new challenge will look like

Lead and develop on-site and off-site logistics specialists and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of daily operations. Ensure high-quality transportation processes for our customers, with a strong focus on on-time delivery. Manage and optimize road inbound transportation from suppliers to customer’s plants and road outbound (empties) transportation from plants to suppliers. Oversee the daily flow of goods and ensure effective exception management that meets our customers’ expectations. Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes and identify opportunities to increase quality and efficiency. Communicate regularly with customers on operational status and act as the second-level escalation contact for execution topics. Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders to bring the different teams’/colleagues’ viewpoints together that ensure best service quality and enable joint success.

You have a university degree, relevant professional experience and sound knowledge of transportation management in automotive road freight. You bring more than two years of experience in leading and developing a team. You are results-driven, customer-oriented and confident in managing stakeholders in a professional manner. You adapt quickly to new situations and peak operational periods, maintain a structured and solution-oriented approach in demanding situations, and effectively prioritize tasks. You have strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, combined with empathy and the ability to listen. Fluency in English and German is required. You enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international logistics environment and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
