Job summary

Nagarro, a digital product engineering company, seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead global customer projects (S/4HANA/ECC) in delivery engagements. You will monitor progress, manage risks, and align stakeholders across onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Fluency in German and business proficiency in English are required, along with 8+ years in SAP environments and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP project environments.
• Good understanding of SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional project teams.
• SAP certifications or project management certifications are considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of SAP customer projects in Global Delivery engagements.
• You bring your extensive knowledge to our customer projects (introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, etc.).
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation where required.
• Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT)
• Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes for SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and foster effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
