We are looking for a Specialist Marketing (all genders) to join our Team in Berlin.

Your tasks will include:

• Website content & SEO support: assist with updating website content and supporting basic SEO initiatives. Monitor web performance. Coordinate with service providers for website updates or fixes
• Social media execution: create engaging content for LinkedIn and any other channels needed. Schedule and publish posts, ensuring brand tone and quality are maintained
• Content & collateral production: draft and edit text for marketing collateral, advertising campaigns. Work closely with our graphic designer to produce collateral. Support video content production, including basic editing and platform distribution. Create, maintain and feed marketing asset libraries & photo library
• Event coordination: provide logistical support for trade fairs and external events. Help prepare event materials and ensure on-site or remote support as needed. Assist with tracking event metrics and creating summary reports
• HR marketing support: help create recruitment-focused content and post related communication online. Support employer branding efforts through digital materials and campaigns
• Internal collaboration: work with the CMO and cross-departmental stakeholders to understand communication needs. Support the coordination of external agencies, including design and translation services. Maintain documentation, calendars, and timelines for ongoing projects
  
  
  

Requirements

• A degree in a marketing-related field or a similar area is required
• You demonstrate strong abilities in editorial work and written communication
• You have some experience with SEO tools, CMS platforms, and social media management applications
• You have acquired initial experience in video production and editing, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools, like Google Analytics, is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset
