Responsibilities

• Localise the regional People Excellence Strategy for Porsche in Singapore, and design, develop and implement the annual non‑technical training plan based on recurring training needs analyses of the Singapore retail staff
• Conduct local & regional relevant product trainings – supplemented by brand‑, sales process‑ and skills trainings
• Manage the delivery of non‑technical vocational qualification and certification, retail coaching and soft skills trainings
• Support in managing the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all retail‑related People Excellence projects and processes
• Identify and implement solutions supporting continuous competency development

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or relevant other degree
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, 2 of which should be in training, learning and development or related business area
• Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on retail level, and willingness to travel and work in a multicultural setting
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Certification under WSQ’s Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP or ACTA) is a plus
