Task Responsibilities

• Pro-actively reduce credit risks and collection
• Analyse credit reports; obtaining necessary deposits / guarantees
• Closure of financial accounts (supervising bookings / invoicings;...)
• Providing external auditors with needed information / documentation
• Audit departmental processes and IT systems
• Planning tasks; auditing; efficiency improvement
• Ensure efficient systems for Maintenance Accounting
• Working with TRAX and SAP S4 / H or future ERP systems
• Participate in any projects for the development of systems

Essential Requirements For The Position

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Have an analytical mindset
• Be able to prioritize tasksAbility to work in a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good computer skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of accounting systems (ERP systems, for example SAP)
