Zusammenfassung

DöhlerGroup in Darmstadt seeks a Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation assistant to support product experts. You will create and evaluate product specifications in our IT system and customer portals, and assess products from a food-chemistry perspective.

The role requires a degree in food chemistry or related field, 1–3 years of experience, fluent English and German, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. You will work carefully and communicate effectively in a global team.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in food chemistry, ecotrophology, nutritional science or comparable training in the food context.
• Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience, optimally in the food and beverage industry.
• Very good knowledge of English and German.
• Experience with MS Office applications, ideally SAP.

The Role

• Supporting the product experts in the Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation department
• Creation and evaluation of product specifications and other relevant documents both in our own IT system and on the basis of customerdocuments and in customer portals
• Evaluation of products from a food chemistry perspective with regard to special nutritional forms or quality standards
• Advice on food law and food chemistry for internal and external customers based on German and Europeanfood law

The Profile

• Successfully completed studies in food chemistry, ecotrophology, nutritional science or comparable training in the food context
• Ideally you have 1-3 years of professional experience, optimally in the food and beverage industry
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Experience with common MS Office applications, ideally knowledge of SAP
• Careful, accurate and responsible way of working
• Very good communication and teamwork skill
