Specialist (m / f / d) IT Application Management Operations

Location : Germany-wide

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the availability and functionality of our applications in technical operations.
  • You will be responsible for planning and managing the operational takeover of projects and provide support for further development projects.
  • You are the central technical contact for internal specialist departments and external service providers in the event of faults and problems.
  • You will independently manage and coordinate (major) incidents and ensure that problems are solved quickly and effectively.
  • You plan and manage change and release processes independently and proactively, taking security aspects into account.
  • You actively participate in the optimization of operational processes and implement them independently.
Your profile
  • You have a degree in (business) informatics or comparable training, for example as an IT specialist for system integration with relevant professional experience.
  • You have knowledge of client / server applications, database systems and / or CRM systems.
  • You have experience in the operational operation of applications, in incident, problem and change management as well as service provider management.
  • You are characterized by an independent, structured and punctual way of working.
  • Very advanced German language skills at C1 level round off your profile.
