Discover your exciting role

This role designs and delivers high-impact event experiences for leaders and employees – end to end. It turns objectives into memorable formats, orchestrates seamless logistics and production, and ensures every touchpoint (live, hybrid, virtual) drives engagement, alignment, and pride in Exyte. It works closely with commercial and administrative teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Legal, PMO) to manage budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and compliance.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Plan and execute impactful internal events (e.g., leadership conferences, town halls, Board events).
• Manage full logistics lifecycle: venue, production, attendee coordination, and vendor management.
• Create aligned event communications (invitations, agendas, presentations, collateral).
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
• Track event performance (KPIs, feedback, surveys) and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle administrative tasks: budgeting, vendor contracts, merchandising shop, documentation, and content templates.

Show your expertise

• Degree or vocational training in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate event roles within global or multi-site environments.
• Proven end-to-end event delivery and senior stakeholder/vendor management.
• Strong project and budget management skills; able to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident with event tech and platforms.
• Fluent in English; international experience and additional languages are a plus.
