Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d).
• Some initial professional experience in land transport would be an advantage.
• Structured approach to work, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Confident and professional communication skills in German and English when dealing with customers and partner companies.
• Good command of German, as well as good written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and a keen business acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, and ideally working knowledge of standard freight forwarding software.

About You

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), ideally with some initial professional experience in land transport
• Some initial professional experience in billing and customer service would be an advantage
• A structured approach to work, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Confident and professional communication skills in German and English when dealing with customers and partner companies
• Good command of German, as well as good written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and a keen business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, and ideally working knowledge of standard freight forwarding software
