What you’ll do

• Drive requirements (DOORS/Polarion/Jama).
• Close budgets: mass, power, data, thermal, link.
• Lead V&V and AIT/ATLO (vibe/shock/acoustic/TVAC).
• Manage FDIR, RAMS, FMEA/FTA, config control, and reviews.
• Handle LV integration (separation, loads & environments), LEOP readiness, EOL/de‑orbit plan.

Core fit

• 6–12+ yrs in space systems (satellites and/or launch).
• ECSS/NASA systems practice; strong on the V‑model.
• MBSE + one major requirements tool.
• Useful: STK/FreeFlyer, MATLAB/Python, Git.
• You can talk RF with telecoms and loads with structures in the same hour.

Nice to have

• Sat‑launcher integration experience.

Work status & location

• EU right to work required.
• Munich (hybrid). EU relocation is fine.
