BollAnts in Germany seeks an experienced SPA & Wellness Manager to lead daily operations, design wellness concepts, and manage staff productivity. You will supervise treatment rooms, facilities, and guest services while driving guest satisfaction and revenue initiatives.

Key requirements include spa/wellness vocational training, proven leadership, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a strong guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Operational Management of the SPA Department and coordination of daily spa operations.
• Development and implementation of wellness concepts, services, packages, and pricing strategies.
• Staff planning including shift scheduling and vacation planning; recruitment and onboarding.
• Guest care and consultation to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay; handling guest requests and complaints.
• Close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations; budget planning and revenue growth.

Job description

• Administrative & Operational Management of the SPA Department
• Organization and coordination of daily SPA operations, including treatment rooms, saunas, pools, and fitness facilities
• Development and implementation of wellness concepts, services, packages, and pricing strategies
• Procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of cosmetic products, equipment, and other supplies
• Staff planning, including shift scheduling and vacation planning
• Team-oriented leadership, supervision, and training of staff
• Recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of new employees and trainees
• Active guest engagement and providing a warm and welcoming host experience
• Guest care and consultation to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay
• Handling guest requests and complaints, including complaint management
• Close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Budget planning, cost control, and revenue growth
• Preparation of reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as quality standards
