Derichebourg Multiservices is seeking a Source Inspector to travel to Boeing and Comac suppliers, inspecting parts before transfer to the USA and China. The role focuses on measurement, conformity attestations, and non-conformity management, with travel within the EU and Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the aeronautical environment, especially maintenance activities (security, safety and quality measurements).
• Strong Airbus inspection experience with Electrical, Mechanical & Structural Inspection (brackets, electrical, pipes, sealant, drilling, hydraulic, fuel tank).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, work orders and maintenance manuals.
• Familiar with MS Office, SAP and Airbus internal tools.
• Knowledge of follow-up tools (TLB, QLB).
• Fluent in English (B2) and holding an EU driving license.
• Willingness to travel within the EU and Switzerland.

Your missions

The Source Inspector will be travellingto Boeing and Comac suppliers to inspect the parts before transferring them to the USA and China.Activities

• Inspect / measure the product or equipment in comparison to the specifications and requirements of the work specification
• Attest the conformity of the work carried out by the blue collar workers;
• Register the recorded non-conformities
• Coordination of activities with the technical support department
• Attest the conformity of the products by reception;
• Ensure the follow-up of the exemptions concessions of the partners
• Preparation of a mission report
• Experience in the field of mechanics and the cabin is an advantage

Your profile

• Knowledge of the aeronautical environment, especially maintenance activities (security, safety and quality measurements)
• Strong Experience with Airbus aircrafts in Electrical, Mechanical & structural Inspection (Brackets, electrical, pipes, sealant, drilling, hydraulic, fuel tank etc.)
• Experience in reading and understanding technical documentations like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals etc.
• Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal tools (Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM etc.)
• Knowledge of the follow-up tools (TLB, QLB, etc)
• Have Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time)
• Familiar with measurement tools: Voltmeter, multimeter, gapgun, etc.
• Ability to detect, report non-conformities and make sure they are corrected
• Familiar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point)
• Good communication skills
• Manage the convocations of the customer
• Ensure, if necessary, presentations to the Customer
• Fluent in English: B2
• EU Driving License
• Willingness to travel within the EU and Switzerland
