Adtran, Inc. seeks a Solutions Engineer to join its team in Munich, Germany or Gdynia, Poland. You will provide expert WDM knowledge to regional pre-sales, design optimized customer solutions, and support tender responses.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to travel worldwide. English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science or physics.
• Working experience in the area of network providers, data centers, system integrators or telco / router equipment manufacturers.
• Advanced Knowledge of Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM).
• Strong ability to work to given deadlines with short response times.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to take fast, autonomous decisions and work on own initiative.
• Excellent team worker.
• Flexibility to travel worldwide.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
