Astronomer in Hyderabad is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure to collaborate with strategic private-cloud customers, deploying and managing Apache Airflow clusters and related infrastructure. You will assist customers with installations and support of their technology stack to maximize value from Astronomer's offerings.

The role embraces a flexible hybrid work model, requiring presence at the office several days a week and strong collaboration with the Global Services Delivery

Qualifikationen

• Experience deploying cloud infrastructure, preferably private cloud.
• Strong installation and support experience with complex stacks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers.

• Help customers deploy and manage Airflow clusters.
• Assist with installations and support of the private-cloud tech stack.
• Collaborate with the Global Services Delivery Team to ensure value realization.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Solutions Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure, you will be part of the Global Services Delivery Team and you will work with Astronomer’s most strategic private-cloud customers to adopt and benefit from Astronomer's offerings for deploying and managing Apache Airflow clusters and related infrastructure. You will assist customers with installations and support of their technology stack for private-cloud installations, so they can get maximum value out of their Astronomer Investment.
