Qualifikationen

Your Contribution

As a Solution Engineer at ITONICS, you will be essential in bridging our innovative software with the needs of our clients. Collaborating closely with internal revenue teams, you will gain a thorough understanding of technical requirements and craft tailored prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions. Your expertise in ITONICS software will enable you to provide valuable guidance to both internal and external stakeholders, offering insights and influencing product improvements. From delivering personalized product demos and providing solution consulting to leading client engagements, you will play a key role in building long‑lasting client relationships and directly impact ITONICS' success.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Deliver engaging ITONICS product demos tailored to client needs, highlighting business value and technical capabilities.

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and define scope for implementations.

  • Build and maintain demo environments, create customized demo content, and develop client‑facing prototypes using ITONICS software.

  • Provide technical guidance during the presales and onboarding process, including API consultations, Power BI integrations, and IT/Cybersecurity topics.

  • Support revenue and sales teams by completing RFPs, functional and technical questionnaires, and compliance documentation.

  • Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and product development teams; gather feedback, share market insights, and influence product roadmap discussions.

  • Conduct internal trainings (e.g., onboarding, demo best practices, product updates) and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

  • Work closely with account executives, customer success, and product to ensure smooth solution delivery and client satisfaction.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business IT, Engineering, or Computer Science

  • Prior experience in Solution Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or a technical customer‑facing SaaS role

  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations)

  • Ability to design, configure, and maintain demo environments and client prototypes

  • Familiarity with enterprise software, data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and cybersecurity fundamentals

  • Excellent analytical skills to translate complex business needs into technical solutions

  • Proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1)
