World Wide Technology is seeking a Solution Architect to identify and shape new business opportunities across technology services. You will work with sales and delivery teams to structure deals, articulate value, and foster client partnerships.

Key responsibilities include designing infrastructure solutions in Digital Workspace, Networking and Data Center, guiding cross-functional teams, and quantifying project value and plans. Up to 25% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in system architecture, CS, IS, engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery.
• Minimum 2 years in the State, Local, and Education market with large-scale tech services.
• Proven people leadership experience.

• Track record of creating and closing opportunities in infra solutions (Digital Workspace, Networking, Mobility).
• Expertise in financial modeling (CAPEX/OPEX) for infra proposals.
• Ability to ask the right questions to define business problems and measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related fieldrequired.Master’sdegreeis desired.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market with experience creating, defining, selling, or delivering large scale technology services engagements for accounts within this business segment.

• Aminimum of2 years of experience managing and leading people.

• A deep understanding of the selling strategy, budget cycles, buying habits, competitive landscape, contract types, and purchasing agreement standards is desired.
• Track recordin creating and closing opportunities in various infrastructure solution areas (Digital Workspace, Networking, and Mobility) such as Multi-Site/Branch office deployments, Managed Service offerings, Network Lifecycle Modernization, Digital Workspace Transformation, and/or Wi-Fi Modernization

• Expertproficiencyin financial modeling, including CAPEX/OPEX calculations specific to infrastructure solution proposals.

• Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem andidentifythe measurement or business object.

• Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management.

• Skilled at multitasking requirements including gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tasks across multiple user groups in a fast paced anddeadline-drivenenvironment.

• Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems in a group setting.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft PowerPoint,Exceland business visualization skills

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $117,000 to $158,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, thatarenot included in the base pay.

Job Summary

The Solution Architect identifies, shapes, and builds new business opportunities by leveraging competitive intelligence, business requirements, cost estimates, and solution options across business and technology services and industries.The Solution Architect is responsible for building a collaborative approach across sales and delivery teams.
