Zusammenfassung

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as a technical consultant for Enterprise organisations adopting the Pyramid platform. You will become a Pyramid platform expert to advise on implementation best practices, data integration, and ROI optimization.

You will join a team delivering onboarding, mentoring, solution development, and customer staff enablement across BI & analytics engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Professional Services or similar customer-facing delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Degree in CS/Data Science or related field and/or 5+ years BI & Analytics experience.
• Experience with BI/Analytics tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Experience in data analytics technologies and related languages (SQL, MDX, SSAS, SAP BW/Hana, Snowflake).
• Experience using Python.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Job Description

As a Solution Architect,you will serve as a trusted, customer-facing technical consultant for Enterprise organisations adopting and leveraging the Pyramid platform. You will join a team responsible for supporting customers and partners in developing enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytical solutions.

You will be expected to become a Pyramid platform expert in order to speak fluently on implementation best practices and recommendations that enable customers on adoption and how to maximize their experience, capabilities and ROI. This knowledge should also be leveraged to deliver best in class solutions for use at all levels of customer organizations.

Our Solution Architects participate in a wide range of engagements including onboarding, mentoring, solution development and customer staff enablement.

• Assist clients with developing cloud or on-premise solutions for BI, advanced analytics and data science
• Identify client future needs and work in close relationship with the CSM to create expansion and up sell activities
• Take ownership of projects and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams including client resources and colleagues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Professional Services, Consulting or similar customer-facing delivery environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills gained in industry, management consultancy, or system integrator environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science (or related field) and/or 5+ years of BI & Analytics experience.
• Experience using Business Intelligence and Analytical tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.) to develop Enterprise-grade reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrate experience in the design and development of data based solutions for analytics with related technologies (SSAS, SAP BW/ Hana, Snowflake etc.) and relevant languages (SQL variants, MDX etc.).
• Experience using Pythonwith strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare or public sector is a plus.
