• Provide end-to-end consulting with a focus on stable operations and ongoing development of BS2000 customers’ systems.
• Coordinate and deliver customer projects from planning and design through installation, upgrades and operational support of BS2000 environments.
• Offer technical consulting, support and long-term customer care for products and platform operations.
• Analyze customer issues, reproduce problems and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with 2nd and 3rd level support and our internal development organization, alongside Fujitsu BS2000 experts.

Following a structured, hands-on onboarding program, you will support our long-standing customers in managing and developing their BS2000 infrastructure, coordinate key projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to renowned organizations, even if you have no prior experience with BS2000.

What tasks can you expect?
