Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced PLM Implementation Architect to lead a technical delivery team in delivering enterprise PLM solutions. You will develop end-to-end architectures, guide requirement specs and use cases, and coordinate multi-site teams across onshore and offshore locations with a focus on delivering business value.

You will also mentor staff, drive POC engagements, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies using Aras Innovator and related tools, while

• Significant PLM implementation experience (3+ years)

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Assign tasks and review work products for accuracy and consistency.
• Supervise and manage technical teams onsite or offshore.

Responsibilities

Lead a technical implementation team in all aspects of solution delivery.

Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, build consensus across all stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology aligned with business value.

Develop conceptual solution architecture using a combination of standard and custom applications to produce an end-to-end customer solution.

Lead as well as support the development of requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications.

Perform solution analysis, develop customer facing proposals and contribute to the development of proposals/ statements of work.

Transform customer requirements into technical solutions by using thorough understanding of the Aras Innovator suite of tools.

Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof of Concept engagements at key prospects.

Provide input to the professional services team regarding methodology and tools.

Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members as necessary.

Assign tasks to project members and review the team’s work products to ensure that they are accurate and consistent.

Supervise and manage technical teams that may be located either onsite or offshore.

Facilitate and contribute to continuous improvement of how we deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Significant initial PLM implementation experience (ideally 3 years or more)
• Proven track record in leading large, enterprise PLM software implementations in an Architect role
• Demonstrated experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
