Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Installation and cabling of mounting systems and solar modules on residential and commercial rooftops in line with project plans and technical guidelines
2. Conducting on-site safety checks and evaluating roof conditions
3. Setting up inverters and preparing the required connections for our electricians
4. Close collaboration with our roofing and electrical planning teams

Required Skills/Experience

1. Proven track record of doing rooftop installation
2. Working at heights
3. Understanding of VDE standards

Desirable Skills/Experience

1. Practical skills and motivation, even as a newcomer to the field
2. Strong sense of teamwork, dependability, and accountability
3. Ability to communicate in either German or English
4. Flexibility to support customers within a 50–100 km radius of your base location
5. Comfort with working at heights
6. A valid driver’s license is considered beneficial
