Sie arbeiten an modernen Webanwendungen und REST-APIs, verbinden Front- und Backend-Technologien sowie Datenbanken. Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in Frontend/Backend, HTTP und REST-APIs mit, arbeiten mit KI-Tools und Coding Agents, kommunizieren klar im Team und koordinieren

Qualifications

Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Webentwicklung, Frontend und/oder Backend.
Verständnis von HTTP, REST-APIs und Datenbanken.
Erfahrung mit gängigen Programmiersprachen.
Git ist integraler Bestandteil des Workflows.
Interesse an KI-Tools und Coding Agents in der Entwicklung.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Team.

Responsibilities

Softwaredeveloper Web (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Development team in Frankfurt am Main, Neustetten (near Rottenburg am Neckar) or Leinfelden-Echterdingen (near Stuttgart), we are looking for motivated colleagues to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

For us, AI is more than just a buzzword. We want to work with people who are eager to use coding agents, LLMs and other AI tools in a meaningful way in their everyday development work while also understanding what the generated code actually does.

You’ll work in a hybrid model that gives you a mix of office and remote work days.The position is initially limited to a period of two years.

Your Tasks:

Developing and enhancing modern web applications
Developing and integrating REST APIs and other interfaces
Working with frontend and backend technologies
Connecting to and working with databases
Continuously improving and enhancing existing applications
Using AI tools and coding agents in your daily development work
Collaborating as part of a team and in an agile development environment
Occasionally coordinating technical topics directly with our customers

Your Skills:

Successfully completed degree with an IT focus or comparable vocational training, or equivalent professional experience
Solid foundations in web development, frontend and/or backend
Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and databases
Experience with at least one commonly used programming language
Git as a natural part of your everyday development toolkit
Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for actively using AI and coding agents in your development work
Strong communication skills, team spirit, a high degree of initiative and a willingness to quickly get up to speed on new topics
Very good German and good English skills

Frontend and/or backend? great

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Docker and containerization
Exposure to software architecture, cloud technologies or Linux/Unix systems
Experience with LLMs, AI APIs or agentic development workflows
