Zusammenfassung

AllocNow GmbH is seeking a Quality Assurance/Software Test Engineer to join a fully remote team. You will test and enhance our applications in collaboration with test engineers, product managers, and developers, while contributing to improvements in processes and tooling.

The role emphasizes hands-on test case execution, automated end-to-end testing with Playwright, and documentation. English communication must be strong, with 1–3 years of experience in collaborative software development.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in collaborative software development, preferably in QA or testing
• Experience with automated end-to-end testing, e.g. Playwright
• Proficient in English communication (C1+); good collaboration skills

Aufgaben

• Work closely with test engineers, product managers and developers to test and enhance applications
• Collaborate within a remote team
• Provide and receive constructive feedback in reviews and conversations
• Identify areas for improvement and challenge the status quo
• Write and execute manual test cases with a focus on learning
• Update and write testing code for automated end-to-end tests (Playwright)
• Write documentation such as software specifications
• Continuously improve engineering standards, tools, and processes

Your mission

• Work closely with test engineers, product managers and fellow developers to test and continuously enhance our applications


• Collaborate enthusiastically within our remote team


• Provide and receive constructive feedback, e.g. in personal conversations, through reviews etc.


• Challenge the status quo and proactively identify areas for improvement


• Write and execute (manual) test cases with a passion for continuous learning


• Update and write testing code for automated e2e tests, e.g. via playwright


• Write documentation, e.g. software specification


• Continuously improve engineering standards, tools, and processes

Your profile

• Residence and work permit in Germany or Poland


• English proficiency (C1+), strong communication skills


• 1–3 years of experience in collaborative software development, best as Quality Assurance Engineer / Software Test Engineer


• Experience with larger software development projects is a plus


• Experience with automated e2e testing, e.g. via playwright is a plus
