You will mentor engineers, drive roadmaps, ensure code quality, and align execution with business priorities while supporting R&D initiatives and funding proposals.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience or readiness to step into management.
• Strong background in embedded control software and software architecture.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing and experimental hardware is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in Agile environments.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years of engineering leadership experience, or a strong senior engineer ready to step into management.
• Strong background in embedded systems, control software, software architecture, and hardware-integrated software development.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing and experimental hardware; optics lab experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with electronics, FPGA, or real-time systems is advantageous.
• Startup or research environment experience is a plus.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
