einwert is seeking a Software Engineer in Munich to transform real user problems into practical software. You will own features end-to-end, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure, and collaborate with product teams, UX researchers, and appraisers to validate ideas and iterate quickly.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled development, pragmatic delivery, and a strong product focus. A flexible, partially remote schedule supports work-life balance in a small, collaborative team located in Munich.

Formación

• At least two years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building and shipping web applications.
• Willingness to work across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
• A strong user and product focus.
• Comfort working with imperfect knowledge and changing requirements.
• Preference for rapid prototyping and iteration over extensive upfront planning.
• Ability to balance delivery speed, maintainability, scalability, and technical quality.
• Confidence using AI-assisted development tools and experience building AI-powered software.
• Prior experience with AWS and infrastructure as code.
• Professional fluency in English.
• German language skills are a significant advantage since the valuation business is in German.

Your mission

You will work across both frontend and backend, building both customer-facing features and appraisal tools. You will collaborate with other engineers, product experts, UX-research and our in-house appraisers, to understand problems, validate ideas, and get quick feedback.

We are a small, collaborative team that values initiative, fast learning, and pragmatic delivery. Experimenting with AI is highly encouraged, both as part of your development workflow and when building new product capabilities.

Your profile
