StrategyBridgeAI in Munich builds a platform for deal advisory teams, combining finance, data science and AI to empower professionals with data-heavy dashboards and scalable APIs. We seek a frontend-focused full-stack engineer with at least 2 years’ experience to shape the product and own features end to end.

You’ll work with a small, high-bar team, delivering impactful UI and robust backend services in Python.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience with proven track‑record designing & developing scalable software.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js and TailwindCSS; understanding the inner workings of frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python with experience in SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and AI/LLM tooling in production is valued.
• Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
• Degree in CS, Math, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.

The role: Full-Stack Engineer (React/Python) - Frontend-Focus

Small team, high bar. You'll help shape how our product looks and behaves for corporate finance teams who use it every day — taking features from idea to production with motivation and ownershipof a founder. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Challenge the 'why'behind a feature. You think about the edge cases of an M&A workflow and how a user will actually interact with data-heavy dashboards.
• Design and shipend-to-end features used by thousands of financial professionals
• Build backend services inPythonand designclean, efficient APIs and data flows.
• Contribute to criticalsoftware designand architecture decisions
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams tounderstand needsand turn them into features
• Bring aneye for design and usability: you know what “good UI” feels like and how to get there.
• Maintain a clear overview of our systems, addressing technical debt while ensuringperformance, accessibility, and long‑term scalability.
• Takeownershipfrom concept to deployment, continuously improving our stack.

Qualifications

- to be successful in this role, you will need:

Must-haves

• We expect themotivation and ownershipof a founder. You own problems end-to-end and care more about the user outcome than your ticket description.
• 2+ yearsof professional experience with proven track‑record designing & developingscalable and reliablesoftware.
• Technical fluency,including TS / React / Next.js and TailwindCSS. You understand what’s happening "under the hood" of your framework and state management (Zustand/React Query).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands‑on experience working with SQL & NoSQLDatabases(e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience handlingcomplex, data-heavyapplications. You know how to keep things responsive when dealing with large datasets.
• You useAI/LLM toolsto move faster, but you have the technical depth to audit their output and maintain high code quality. No "AI slop".
• You've built withLLMs in production— and know the difference between a demo and something users can actually rely on.
• Strongcommunicationand structuredproblem-solvingskills.
• Degreein CS, Math, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
